At Sundridge Studio, we take great care in preparing and dispatching every order. This page explains our delivery options, timescales, and what to expect once your order has been placed.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days

During busy periods or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete and a dispatch notification when your order has been sent.

2. UK Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

Express Delivery: where available, details will be shown at checkout
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

3. International Delivery
Where international delivery is offered, this will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Tracking & Couriers
Orders are sent using reputable courier services.
Where tracking is available:

Delivery updates are handled directly by the courier
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier.

5. Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timescales, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, courier disruptions, or peak delivery periods.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for:

If an order is returned due to address issues, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged Deliveries

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost:

9. Delivery & Safety
Some of our products (candles, incense, and charcoal) are burning items.
Please ensure deliveries are stored safely and kept away from children, pets, and heat sources until use.
