They exist to protect both you and us, and to ensure a smooth, considered experience from purchase to delivery and beyond.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Online-Only Retail

Sundridge Studio operates exclusively online.
All purchases are made via our website and shipped directly to customers. We do not offer in-person sales or collections unless explicitly stated.

 

3. Products

We sell lifestyle and home fragrance products including:

  • Candles

  • Incense

  • Charcoal / burner coal for incense use

All product descriptions and images are provided for guidance.
As many of our products use natural materials, minor variations in colour, texture, scent, or appearance may occur and are not considered faults.

 

4. Use of burning Products

Our candles, incense, and charcoal are burning items and must be used responsibly.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Following all safety instructions provided

  • Using products only as intended

  • Ensuring safe conditions during use

Sundridge Studio cannot be held liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety guidance.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

5. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Prices include VAT where applicable

  • Payment is taken at the point of order

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

 

6. Order Acceptance & Contract

A contract is formed when:

  1. You place an order on our website, and

  2. You receive an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

If payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.

 

7. Delivery

Delivery details, timescales, and charges are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

 

8. Returns & Cancellation Rights

Your rights to cancel and return items are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unburned, and suitable for resale

  • Burned or used candles, incense, or charcoal cannot be returned, unless faulty

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, including delivery costs

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and product descriptions, is the property of Sundridge Studio and may not be used without permission.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter which cannot legally be limited

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products where they have been used incorrectly or contrary to provided guidance.
