Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. Items must be unused, unburned, and in original condition.


Can I return candles, incense, or charcoal after using them?

For safety and hygiene reasons, used or burned items cannot be returned, unless they arrive faulty.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Are your candles and incense safe to use?

Yes — when used responsibly. All burning products should be used with care, following the safety guidance provided. Never leave burning items unattended.


Do natural products look exactly like the photos?

Our products are made using natural materials, so small variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur. This is normal and not a fault.


How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and returned to the original payment method.
