How to Use a White Sage Smudge Stick

Light the tip of the smudge stick and allow it to catch flame briefly, then gently blow it out so it begins to smoulder. The sage will release a soft, aromatic smoke.

Move the smouldering sage around the space, or gently fan the smoke towards yourself, focusing on areas you wish to refresh. Take a moment to pause and allow the scent to settle.

When finished, carefully extinguish the smudge stick in a heat-resistant bowl or dish. Ensure it is fully out before storing for future use.
